The Fund objective is to deliver consistent absolute returns
which are superior market returns compared to benchmark
indices with reduced volatility and market risk and along with
the objective of growth and capital preservation. Fund plans
to achieve the goal of least possible drawdowns and lower
the market volatility by employing derivative hedging
strategies and investing in event-driven, capital structure
arbitrage opportunities.
The strategy is to find arbitrage opportunities between in futures, Equities and Commodity Markets. Fund uses inhouse proprietary techno funda research along with quant strategies to maximize returns for the unitholders Fund primarily targets opportunities in the Derivatives markets in equities, currencies and commodities in NSE, BSE, SGX, COMEX, MCX, NYMEX, NYSE, and other exchange. Fund will employ an event-driven, capital structure arbitrage approach to investing, looking to unlock value by capitalizing on opportunities when various parts of the capital structure are pricing-in different probabilities of an event taking place
